Be patient. At the fastest, I will take 5 months or so to get the approval for your application. Then she applies which is about a 60-90 day process. After her filing then you get the interview and shortly thereafter the Visa. Good luck.
She applied to get the police report and received it in 10 days. So, at least right now it doesn't take 30 days. We made sure to get the long form. And it doesn't cost anything. So, next step is the Interview.
