    Also, all LPRs are required by law to file an AR-11 within 10 days of changing addresses. They don't enforce any penalties for failure to do so, but it's still  a requirement that one should follow.

    Thank you, i mean when USCIS says : " card was sent to the address you gave us", do they mean the address we put on the form i751? where we received our approval notice? thats what i wanted to know, thank you so much for the reply.

    Thank you, after i filled the 751 i never changed the address, so the card they gonna send it to the address i put on the form i 751? also the approval letter i received it at the address i put on the i751.
