Hi all, I am sorry if my question has already been asked. I tried searching for a similar thread and failed to find anything. My spouse was laid off after I received my interview date, but was recently hired elsewhere. We meet the income eligibility criteria, have a copy of a paycheck stub as well as the offer of employment letter and letter of acceptance.
My question is, which I-864EZ do we turn in? The original one that was sent to NVC with all the former information of employment, or a newly filled one with information about the current place of employment? And how do we go about explaining this to the officer once the affidavit of support is requested?
My petitioner switched jobs...please help!
