So, My fiance and I got married withing the 90 days but haven't had the funds until now to file the AOS. which is currently a little more than a month of overstaying. We did everything else Social Security Card and all the rest but, I'm exceptionally worried about what our next step should be. Should we just File for the AOS... ASAP now and Explain... Any input would be appreciated.

How long is a K-1 VISA valid? My Fiance's VISA was issued but has far longer than the 90 days we assumed we would receive on the days allowed.

I currently make very little as a caregiver. I'm not sure my income meets the current requirements for the i134.  I'm wondering if they will take his income or savings in to consideration?
