My wife has a philipina passport and Green Card.. we are going on a cruce to, port rico, st. thomas , grand turk.. out of miami , fl. question: will we have any problems..getting on board ..or will she need a visa just for that.. not sure...just all these new things to worry about...????Help......

We were a CSC transfer on dec. 15th and received Green Card today (with out )interview..ya sweet..

it took one year from applying for K-1 from the philippines..till we got Green Card.. to the day.......!

Just wanted to tell everybody,,,we got GREEN CARD today...Wopppeeyy

Update....we received are NOA1 on Nov.19th and have just did our BIO in Jacksonville Office Dec 7th 2007

they are very nice their ..just waiting for interview date now..any body got a clue how long from BIO to INTERVIEW.????? ON AOS...

SENT IN MY AOS ON MONDAY , FORGOT THE (EAD)...I-765, HOW SHOULD I SEND IT IN ?..WITH WHAT KIND OF COVER LETTER...? ...MY WIFE WANTS TO KILL ME HELP.......

Yes, Jen. got her SS card 3 weeks after enterning America. in her last name .. it makes thinks easy for getting everything else...just need passport with 94 form in Gainesville , Florida.We got married in Las vegas . with only passport. will get ss changed later..into my last name..Mitch
