During the interview in the US EMBASSY in Manila Philippines, the officer instructed me to update my DS-260. Everything looks fine but I need to resubmit my DS-260 within the same day of my interview before she can approve my visa. I was given a white sheet which states a refusal of visa and a small white paper with the instructions on how to go about delivering the passport with visa to the address of choice. They kept my passport and i went back to the place where I stayed to edit my DS260. After updating my DS260 and hit submit, I checked the status of my application through the website ceac.state.gov, it stated there “administrative processing”. According to my research that it will take within 60 days for this to be rectified. I am so worried. How long will I ever get visa application approval? Please help. Any update to those who have the same case as mine. Thank you.
