My beneficiary received her interview notice late due to the mail. Her interview date was on February 28, 2009. She received the notice on March 29th 2009. Can she reschedule for another date. What are the procedures for this situation? Or what can be done about this.

The embassy was able to reschedule her visa interview date in June 2009. Thanks to the board members helping me out!!!
