are you referring to an embassy interview appointment? there is no US embassy or consulate in cebu. only in manila. 

Hi. My priority date is supposed to be Feb 2018 but NVC mistakenly encoded Feb 2016. Despite the many efforts to have it corrected, they still went through with the process and now I have an interview date already. Current PD in my country is 2017. What possible scenarios will happen during the interview given that there was a mistake on my PD based on NVC records? All my NVC correspondences state that my PD is Feb 2016. I need your opinions please. And hopefully if anyone here has experienced this, can you please share what happened? 

I got my ID already. EB class, USEM Singapore. DQ letter received Sept 17, 2018. ID letter received Oct. 17. ID will be Nov 20. God bless to everyone waiting for great newsb 

P.S Don’t hesitate to call NVC to follow-up. I called everyday since last week. And on the day I decided to give up calling because I didn’t want to hear a negative answer anymore, it’s when I finally got my ID Letter. God is good! 🙏🏻 

Congratulations! I'm on my fourth week of waiting since DQ letter received. I hope I get my packet 4 before the week ends. Good luck on your interview
