  1. Hello,

     

    I've recently submitted my documents to NVC

     

    My employment verification doesn't have  signature on it and company name was not included. 

    I requested it to my HR Employer and this is  what they  provided on the letter 

    Name; Hire date; title; Work location; pay rate.

     

    On the buttom the name of the Payroll admin and address were listed but no signature on it. 

     

    I've  provided them 5 copies (1 month)  of my paystub I'd like to add more but I'm about to reach the 2mb limit to upload. 

     

    My questions are:  Will  they ask me to provide another employment verification or that was just fine? And also for my paystub is that enough? 

     

    I'm a bit worried  now 'coz as much as possible i don't want to get delay on my petition for my husband.

    Really? But you have the transaction ID on it?

    I got stuck only with my AOS Payment but it went already as Paid. I think u need to call them again and from what i've read before if it was deducted on your bank they'll ask you to send a proof that it was deducted and will update your acct

    Yeah, Your IV might get update on weekdays. 
    Im still waiting on my AOS status to be PAID. 

     

    I've Paid  it on the 27 and got deducted on my bank on the 28th 

     

    Hoping that this coming weekdays there will be a status change.

    Im trying to pay this afternoon but it wont let me im clicking the pay button but it doesnt proceed

     

     

    Im just hoping that it wont get back to in process again. HAY

    My agent has paid earlier today, I suggest you do too as I have received my transaction ids on both of my payments!!!

    Please note I gave them the money yesterday and they did not pay yesterday (Probably they were aware of some-sort of bug) so they did it today.

    Wow. Im glad to hear that your's went through

     

    I tried paying mine today. When I've clicked the "Make payment button" It doesn't let me proceed. I've clicked it 3X and still nothing. 

    Haven't got error message either. 

     

    Maybe right now, their system is down again. 

    It sucks coz you don't know when is it down or not. 

     

    I'm hoping that the status won't change to in process again. 😔 Right now I've checked my ceac and the Pay button was still on it.

    It's been 2 hrs now since my attempt.

    It took them almost a month and 1 week to fix this problem for me.

    I just checked mine now and the Pay Button appeared as well. 

     

    Did you already pay your fees? Im kinda scared to try it and get the same issue

  8. Hello All,

     

    I've spoke to customer service today and she told me that  they were aware about the issue and told me that she don't think it will take longer because its a known issue..

     

    She also confirm that they've been having problem that time when i attempt to pay on Jan 28

     

    All they can do right now is to forward my inquiry to the supervisor for a review

    My hunband called to NVC on February 15th and he asked them to talk with supervisor.

    But no available supervior that time. They said that they will bring up to supervisor attention and in 3 days guarantee call my husband back.

    But NVC supervisor haven't called my husband back yet!!!

    We have been waiting for more that 1 week since that time!!!

    we're really irritated about this problem too. Because we can't do anything!

    Anyway, my husband will keep calling to them everyday.

    If we can make something progress, I will update on this page!

    Me too, I will try to call them this week.

    But I've noticed that we're bunch stuck on this in process issue and they've even put a notice on the site to investigate

     

    Hopefully they can solve this bug so we can all move on to the next step.

    Hey Erca, I do not think this problem came to be because of the activation problem, I think it affected a group of users who paid at a certain time ( it happened before) So in our case people who paid in like 27th and maybe early in the day in 28th have this problem, please keep us updated with what happens with you.

    Did you wait 72 hrs before paying on your's?

    I'm really frustrated on this problem. 

     

    I've sent my inquiry on their website on the 16th I'm really hoping that they'll fixe this issue asap since they've put notice on their site

    Did you also missed to wait for 72 hrs before paying your AOS fees? 

     

    I tried to submit an inquiry on their email but no response yet. I will try to call the NVC this week, Did you already reach out to them?

     

    This week i tried to open the ceac site and a notice was posted.

    I just want to ask when you attempted to pay and got an error message, Does your ceac account already activated? Did you wait for 72 hrs before paying? 

     

    On my case I've missed to wait the 72 hrs and my account was not completely activated yet when i attempt to pay. I assume that's what happen on mine 

     

    I already emailed the NVC one week from now but still no changes. 

     

  16. Hi Trucpong,

     

    My bank did not charged me on my AOS. Our payment was not successful because that time our account is not yet fully activated. 

    It did not let us pay and just got error message. 

     

    Thank you for your help, really appreciate it. I'm really stressing out on mine. Hope that they will able to fix it so we can proceed on submitting our documents

     

    I'll call and submit mine as soon as i got back to u.s
