I am on the process of completing my I864 form but since I do not make enough income to Sponsor my mom to meet the poverty guideline , can i consider my fiancee to file a I864a as a household memeber? I bought a house last novemeber 2017 and he is been living with me for almost a yr now and we also has a child that born this yr. or i can just have him file as a joint sponsor instead? He has accepted a new job just last july of this yr and he can meet the proverty guideline of a 4 household member included him, Plsss help me . I am also new here at vj i just dont really know what to say and ask pls understand.
