Thank you for your feedback.
I do have a receipt number (April 2017 filer). We recently received our 18 month extension notice. Embedded in the middle of that letter was a paragraph that read:
"If you have not already done so, provide supporting documents to help USCIS process your petition and to establish your eligibility to remove the conditions on your permanent residence. Please include a copy of this receipt notice with any supporting documents you submit."
So that's what got me thinking, "hmmm, so.. I can still send supporting evidence now?"

I apologize in advance if I am posting incorrectly. I promise I'll learn quickly.
My questions are:
- Is it acceptable (and advisable) to submit additional supporting evidence without receiving an RFE from the USCIS, while the case is pending?
- If answer to question 1 is a "yes", can someone please help me with filing instructions (where to send, what cover letter(s) to include such as a copy of the I-751 Receipt notice, etc., etc.)
The reason this came about is that my wife (the petitioner) and I recently just purchased our home. I would like to submit all these new documentation that highlight financial entanglement if possible.
Thank you all in advance for any help/suggestion you can provide!!

in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Posted
Hi Guys,
we just got approved. Just received an I-797 in the mail from the Nebraska Service Center with:
"Congratulations! Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved."
When I logged into uscis.gov it's still stuck on "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction". It's been stuck on that since back when the case was first transferred to Nebraska (almost 5 months ago).
We were never asked for an interview or RFE. The whole process took a long time but it's light at the end of the tunnel!! 🎉🎊
