  1. Hi Everyone!

Thanks in advance for anyones assistance to the following questions...

I am a US citizen and have petitioned for my wifes children in Honduras.  We received notice that their interview has been scheduled and are

working on getting them (2 boys) prepared.

My first question regards the documents they need to bring to the interview.  They are requried to have 2 passport photos and the results

from their medical exam.  This will be taken care of beforehand.  Copy of their interview letter, their unexpired passport.

But this is where I am confused.  They need copies, or originals of all civil documents, financial documents; etc.  All of the required documents

that they are supposed to bring to the interview, are in the hands of the NVC.  It is my understanding that these documents will be forwarded

to the Consulates offices in Honduras from the NVC.  In other words, they can not bring original copies of their police reports, if the original

copies are in the hands of the NVC and are supposedly being forwarded to the Consulate.

My next question regards the reciprocity fee.  I am equally confused here, as well.  From what I understand, this is to be paid at the end of

the interview.  They do not accept cash, but I do not see specifice information regarding method(s) of payment.  Money order, credit card?

I also do not see anywhere on the consulates website in regards to registering for courier service.  Is this done at the end of the interview

    as well?

Again, thanks to anyone who can provide me with specific information as to exactly what our boys will need to bring with them on their

interview date.  The medical exam will be taken care of...they have their passports.  They will bring passport photos, reciprocity fees, interview

letter...everything else that is required has already been submitted to the NVC, and they are suppose to forward those documents to the

    consulate.

    Thanks again for everyones help.
