  1. No need the sarcasm. Maybe you just need to stop looking for and just wait for someone to come to your life...

Just a thought no need to be rude if you don't like it.

Good luck, and I really hope you find someone that truly loves you. But trust me, it'll come, no need to look for it!

No. There is room for tons of sarcasm here. I just asked a simple question. I thought this forum was to help each other. Not pass judgement!!!!

  2. well FYI, don't forget u had a K1 withdrawn before and now ur still asking the same question.. don't u get a good answer the 1st time u posted about withdrawals...???? :wow: and i can answer u back a very constructive answer if i know ur not been here for a long time and not posting thread like this one again!!!! :girlwerewolf2xn::diablo:

Wow! I finally know someone who hasn't made mistakes in their life! I didn't think that was possible!!!! Good for you!!!!!

  3. I seen this one coming, no offense but why do you insist on finding a filipina and why so much younger than yourself? Maybe finding a Filipina more mature with commonalities would help? I understand why you dont want an American woman but theres plenty of foreigners in the U.S to choose from and you can probably save a fortune in not having the expense of flying half way around the world. IDK Just some suggestions, yes im with a Filipina but i didnt go looking for mine i was sent to work in the Caymans and met her that way.

    35 years age difference?

To You and anyone else passing judgement on this relationship: You don't know anything about the circumstances and I don't feel obligated to explain. I just asked a simple question. Please keep your opinions to yourself if you have nothing constructive to say. What does age difference have to do with anything????

  4. :wacko::unsure:

    don't u think u have a problem too???

just noticed this is not the first time u posted a thread like this one... from ur previous K1 and i think several times for this 2nd K1... remember u did sent a withdrawal too to USCIS but still the petition got approved, right??? just wondering.... :pop: can't u make a final decision...? :girlwerewolf2xn:

  5. Hi Everyone,

Well, looks like I picked another lemon to fall in love with. This is my second approved petition that just did not work out. I really want to find a Filipina who is not after my money. I know they are out there. Just bad luck on my part. My question is should I withdraw my petition or just let it expire which is Aug 20th. I have learned a lot from my two experiences. I know now who to look for. I know there are IMBRA issues now if I petition for another Filipina. I have no criminal past. I'm just a nice guy looking for a sincere relationship. What should I do? Withdraw the petition or let it expire? Thanks.

  6. DANG.... I WAS thinking of picketing... but... then I would probably end up like lawnmower man in the reflection pool..... HEHE, interesting she is an "Obession".... all I can say is, I have NEVER been loved like she loves me. If I am obsessed, it is for good reason.... I lived 10 years completely unloved in a loveless marriage... I went to bed alone and got up alone, and slept alone for many, many years. Even went on vacations (Cancun, Cozumel, Phoenix, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, South Carolina) with the person I was married to, and still felt alone. With my fiance, I do not feel alone even though we are 7,000 miles apart. She chats with me every single day. The second time I visited her, leaving her was more torture. She is 10 times more mature then any 40 year old girl I have met....she actually loves more completely without fear, then many girls I have met. Sometimes you meet someone you just seem to click on a very deep level with. This is one of those relationships.... she takes me for who I am... being without her is like being without my soul....

You know, when you want anything in life as badly as you want to be with your future wife it WILL happen, because you are doing everything in your power to make it happen. I know your pain. My fiancee is filipina and poor also. Like you I hope and pray that soon she will be with me. All I want to do for the rest of my life is to make her happy every day :)

  7. Hi Everyone,

I'm confused about making an interview appointment for my fiancee at the US embassy in Manila. When I call the number (632) 982-5555 to make the appointment I get a recording that says the DS-160 form needs to be completed online before an appointment can be made. Is this correct? I thought this form was not needed for a K-1 interview. Can someone who has gone through this process please explain what I need to do to make an appointment for my fiancee? Thanks...

  8. All I know is what it says regarding the interview requirements for someone 20 or younger, She will be 21 in Oct but she has until Aug 20 to get her visa. I haven't made her appointment with the US embassy yet because she still in the process of getting her passport which considering her present situation is difficult enough because of her past. Its a bizarre set of circumstances she is facing. You can't make this stuff up...

  9. She has no clue if her mother and father were married. She didn't even know her real name or her actual age until I told her that she needed to get her birth certificate for the interview. Her Grandfather raised her but he is old and could not attend the interview. She doesn't have a real home. She has cousins who she stays with. She will stay with one cousin for awhile and then stay with another cousin for awhile. She (Mary Grace) doesn't have a "guardian". She's a tough little kid who has managed to stay alive with the help of her cousins. I'm really worried about this situation.

  10. Hi Everyone,

My fiancee is 20 and has no family. Her mother died when she was one month old and she has never met her father. She has no brothers or sisters. She doesn't have a guardian. She does have an aunt who doesn't care about her and an uncle who she sometimes sees but rarely. According to what I read on the US Embassy/Manila website anyone who is 20 or under needs either a parent or guardian to attend the interview with her. She does have an older cousin who she is close with. If this older cousin came with her to the interview would this be acceptable? Any insight or advise would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

  11. Hi Everyone,

I received the hard copy of my NOA2 a few days ago. The first line said "The above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate." There is no mention anywhere on my NOA2 about my petition being sent to NVC. This is my second approved I-129F for a Filpina. The rest of the wording on my NOA2 just explains that because this is my 2nd approved I-129F it has been added to a multiple visa petition database and says that when my fiancee enters the USA we have 90 days to marry. Has anyone else gotten a NOA2 like this?

  12. Hi Everyone,

Thanks so much for your posts. I called USCIS today and I was told that at this point I need to contact the US embassy in Manila and let them know I don't want to withdraw the petition if they receive the letter I sent to the VSC. I'm not really sure what to do at this point. Perhaps I should just do nothing at this point and just hope for the best. In my withdrawal letter I did include my name, her name and my receipt number. And the reason I wanted to withdraw my petition. I'm realizing that the burocracy (sp?) may be in my favor because of the fact that I did receive an approval even though I sent the withdrawal letter. I know I'm not out of the woods yet because that letter may yet bite me in the #### at a later date. I hope pushbrk is right and that the letter I sent will just never go anywhere. I hope I will have good news to report in the future. I feel blessed to have all of you rooting for me..Thank You...

  13. Hi Everyone,

Well, I received my NOA2 today via email. That's the sweet. The bitter is: on the week of April 4th I sent a letter asking that my petition be withdrawn. My fiancee and I had a big fight and in a moment of stupidity I sent that letter. The following Monday, the 11th, I sent a letter to VSC via fedex overnight asking that my previous letter be canceled and explained why. My fiancee and I have resolved our misunderstanding. So at this point I have no idea if I will be receiving a letter in the near future saying my petition was withdrawn. I guess I'm writing this post to anyone who is having problems with their loved one who is far away and is thinking of sending that withdrawal letter. Take some time to think about it and really make sure you want to send that letter. I'm going to call USCIS tomorrow and ask if my withdrawal letter had been canceled but I really don't think they will be of much help. I guess I'm in limbo now...

  14. I have called that number and they just give out general info. From my experience with them they have told me that any correspondence with the service center needs to be in writing. I think its pretty much a done deal now but I can hope that they are so disorganized there at the VSC (which they are) that maybe they have lost the letter. Stupid me for ever sending that letter.

  15. I sent my I-129F at the end of last year. I received my NOA1 but my petition is still sitting somewhere at the Vermont Service Center. My fiancee and I had a falling out and in a moment of anger I sent a letter to the VSC this week asking that my petition be withdrawn. We have since patched up our differences. I feel terrible about what I did but we all do stupid things. My question is can I reapply for her given my petition was never processed? I'm guessing no but I have to ask. Thanks.
