Anyone has an update on the interviews at Mumbai consulate for F3 categories? Anyone having interview scheduled in Mumbai in coming days? 

Hi, can anyone tell the time frame from getting the welcome letter to getting interview letter? Also when do you get welcome letter is it when your date become current per visa bulletin for filing section?

Pls tell your Dad to call NVC and provide their email I'd , they should be able to update it. When I called them they said now a days they stopped postal mail. But still you need  not to worry . Once your dates  become current you can call them get deatils. What's your PD?

Hi, My dad has filed for my married sister. At the time of filing there was no option for email on I-130 form. So I am curious how the WL came in email. My dad had made an account online on USCIS few months ago. If my sister files become current (in couple months). would my dad will be notified in email since he has USCIS account. Please help me understanding. Because the mails get lost in India so email is best option.

DS261 is actually choosing agent/petitioner or Principle applicant for doing the further process and communication. That is called DS261. Once you choose that it will take you to pay fees for the Principle applicants. Once the fees are processed then you will get an access to do DS260 form where you have to fill up all principle applicant information as you go through pages.

The below link has all the steps. You should have got that in your email from NVC as well.

Hi All,

We have received email from NVC to start the consular process for parents.

Questions:

- Can Petitioner my husband is allowed to do all process of filing DS-260 and uploading civil documents for his parents?

- Where to get the beneficiary ID as asked in DS-260 form?

-What should we answer to question, is your spouse immigrating with you to US ins DS-260?

- Which I-864 he should we be filing if he is only one the sponsor?

Please help if somebody have completed successfully the consular processing.
