I just received my conditional green card days ago. My husband will be stationed out of the country. Can I apply for N400 right away?

In our case we received it around 3-4 weeks and I was interviewed after a month. 

I am unable to retrieve my I94 travel history on this website https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/. 

Our Embassy is Abu dhabi. Our case status was READY last November 4 but upon checking it now the case was last updated on November 29 but still ready.  What does it mean?

@kwaitingYes, embassies mostly contact the beneficiaries by e-mail with packet 3 instructions.

I was sent back from embassy last month because they had not sent me an email called Packet 3. I had to reschedule the interview.

So do you think it’s better for us to transfer our case to Manila instead? We are really in dilemma 😞

Anyone here who just receive the packet 3? When is the latest appointment date available for interview?

The holiday season is a month from now. We were hoping i will be there before Christmas. 😞

Well, after going through this process, it’s really about your timing of your request. The NVC supervisor has called me last week for the new physical address of my beneficiary. It sounds like my case will be shipped Tuesday or wednesday of this week. 

 

Here’s my timeline:

-NOA2: September 6th

-NVC received: September 27th

-Request of transfer: October 3rd

-NVC acknowledged the request: October 10th

-NVC called for new physical address: October 23

 

Whenever you alter or make changes, expect to have some delays. 

thank you. Only after a few days from NVC my case is now in Abu Dhabi and upon checking on ceac site my case is now ready in Abu Dhabi but still waiting for the packet 3. 

What is the waiting time for this? If I will transfer my case to another embassy will it make a difference on my waiting time?
