  1. GUYS I got an email... my I-130 is approved... i thought i tell my visajourney pals...i still haven't called my husband. no news on I-129 but at this point I am just excited. talk to you all later.

I got my I-130 approval too!!!! Still waiting for I-129F

  2. COUNT ME IN AS WELL GUYS.. I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW USCIS PROCESS THESE PAPERS. I MEAN SOME OF YOUR TIMELINES ARE THE SAME OR ATLEAST VERY VERY CLOSE TO OTHERS THAT HAVE GOTTEN THEIR APPROVALS. I GUESS THEY DON'T HAVE THE CAPACITY TO HANDLE THE CASE ALTOGETHER.. IT'S KINDA LIKE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE TYPE OF THING.. IF YOU'RE NOT ON THE TOP OF THE STACK AND SOMEONE'S ON TOP OF YOU WHO FILED LATER THAN YOU DID.. THEY'LL GET THEIRS FIRST.. I GUESS.. JUST A THEORY..

Thank you everyone for your cooperation. Now, I know i'm not the only one left waiting. It's very upsetting. I wish they could just approve us soon.

  3. Join us to the list. I have no idea whats happening and uscis are useless when we call to find out whats happening. We have so many touches, but no approval!!! SO frustrating!

Hey! Thanks for replying. Definitly feeling your pain. You're luck to even have touches. We dont. Not since April. I know how you feel, i'm actually in the Air Force and i've been here in california for a year and a half now working/training/flying. And my husband is all the way in the Philippines.

Im pretty sure your expedited request will be approved. That is actually one of the requirements. You are very lucky.

Good luck, Take care over there in the desert and God bless you both.

  4. i bee thinking i am the next for the past two weeks...but NOTHING- so i am not gonna get my hopes high yet.

my patience level has been horrible all my life...so i guess this is God's way of teaching me a lesson... :innocent: :innocent:

We'll all be better people at the end of it :)

At the end of it, yeah! But currently I'm a grumpy biyotch. :-p

ITS OKAY, WE'RE ON THE SAME BOAT. MY NOA1 WAS ON 03/20/07.... STILL WAITING FOR AT THE VERY LEAST A TOUCH... OR BETTER YET, AN APPROVAL! I HOPE.. I'M SICK OF WAITING AND PRETTY SOON I'M GONNA BE RE-TRAINING FOR THE MILITARY AGAIN, SO I WONT BE ABLE TO CHECK MY EMAIL AND USCIS SITE AS MUCH AS I DO NOW (EVERYDAY)...

HOPE EVERYTHING JUST RUNS SMOOTHLY WHEN I'M GONE...

  5. Thanks for all the replies.

I got Married on Feb 10 2006 not 2007. It took very long for me to start the petition because i have been training with the US Air Force for the past year. Anyway, I had only sent my marriage certificate.

I hope it's not going to be too much of a hassle. i'm ready to send them anything if they send me an RFE.

Guess i'll just have to wait for it.. and now even longer coz of this..

    Thanks everyone!

  6. Hey guys, same thing happened with me. I forgot to send it with my I-130 package but i received my Noa1 2 weeks later. I sent in my I-129f and still did not know about sending evidence for the relationship, and did not send it as well.

I actually only found out today that you were advised to send in that documents of the relationship.

But i received my I-129f NOA1, almost 2 weeks ago. Haven't gotten any touches yet or RFE's. I'm hoping everythings okay.

i'm really worried though. any advice would help as well.

    God bless

  7. Guys... I'm so mad! I didn't read the last line on the guide regarding sending evidence of a bonafide marriage for my I-130. I only read it now. I already received my NOA1 for my I-130 and sent in my I-129F and also received my I-129F! And i still didn't send it.

I really am upset that i mistakenly did not read that part!

What do i do? i really need everyone's help and opinions.

    Thanks =(

  8. Hey guys, i know all of you know all the information regarding this. But I need to know exactly where to start.

I got married on February 10, 2006 and I'm only filing for a petition now. I am an american citizen, my husband is in the philippines and he's never gotten a visa to the US before. He applied back maybe 15 years ago, but got denied. I would like to know if the K-1 visa is best or CR-1 visa. My goal is to get him here quicker. As far as time lines are concerned I heard that CR-1 is faster. but i know that you guys all know the real deal, so what is your advise.

    Thank you so much!

    I'm sorry i meant k-3 spouse visa vs. cr-1
