I am not sure what to do I have a child that is 6 months old in PI I want to bring her to the US. If I go and make her a USC can her mother follow her here without us being married.

After a VERY long process with the NVC my wife finaly had her medical exam. It seems they saw something on her x-ray, and now she must return for sputum testing. It will be 4-8 weeks for test results to get back. SLEC told her they will notify her and reschedule her interview. Will she have to wait another two months for an interview like before? Will SLEC squeeze her in?

I know nothing about it but i bet somebody who've done this process will give you some infos regarding this matter, i'm here to wish both you good luck and hope everything will be ok.

Hi,some of my friends who's now in the USA told me that they submitted a notarized affidavit of discrepancy during both on their application and they also brought it during interview and they didnt get any problem.

and that's what i did also,i submitted a notarized affidavit of discrepancy for my name on our aplication,but it didnt cost me a single cent since i just made it myself and went to our ditrict councilor's office here in Manila for a free notarization ,im sure their district councilors do the same also.1,500 is too much.
