I went through a rough time with consular officer. She denied my application with Administrative Processing, and luckily it was approved within 1 and half weeks. She just said, "your case is complicated, and i need more time processing it". and told me denied but AP. Now, I got my visa packet with visa on my passport. Will POE give me a hard time because of I601a? share your experience. 

I went in for an interview, and it was in AP processing for 1 and half weeks, then received Visa packet in the mail. I am leaving to US in 2 days. Can i look for a job right away? or Do i need to wait till SSN arrives in the mail with Green Card? I already paid Immigrant Fee. 

I-601a was approved 2 month ago, and sent out paperworks, then received interview letters in 3 weeks. I am nervous about the interview. I also wanted to ask what was it like when leaving the US to attend an interview at the airport. Did they give you a hard time? What do they ask you? I saw that it is okay to bring my husband, and he wants to be there for me. I am really nervous about this.
