Hi Jenna! Have you sign up to get texts or email updates on the USCIS website? If you do you will get to know if you have been approved a few days before receiving the letter.

What is your husband’s receipt number?

If we are seeing approvals from June, 2019 I believe the uscis processing times website is not accurate? It’s showing that they are working on cases from April, 2019.

Hi guys! Just wondering if anyone has seen any Waivers approvals lately on other groups toe thread. If yes what was the Receipt or Receive Date?

My green card was approved last year thru a I 140 petition but I also had applied for a I 130 thru my mother a US citizen in 2014 and received the approval few weeks ago which is crazy fast because it was supposed to take at least 14 years in line giving that I’m over 21 and married but it took only 6 years...

i had an interview in may 2019, got an approval for i130 and an evidence request for i601 in august. i tried to find a lawyer to do it but non of them wanted to take my case so i had to did it myself and sent it in sep 2019

Hi, I had a lawyer and also got a RFE around the same time as you did. After you submitted the response you should’ve got a response within 60 days. Go on their website and sign up for updates with your case number you should be able to see the status of your case. Good luck. Keep us posted.

I think you should try calling USCIS since you are getting close to the 120 days. Good luck and keep us posted.
