when you call that number press 1 and it will send you to another menu to choose what department to talk to. what ive been doing is going to time.gov, and when it says 8:59:30 EST i start calling nvc, and i can get them within 2 minutes

Sorry, what I meant to ask was how will NVC notify us that they received the package from USCIS? You mentioned I should call, I was just wondering if that is what they want or if they are just that unreliable.

How will they notify us that they have received the i130 package?

We got an update today saying they sent our package to NVC. PD is October 31. Potomac service center
