Hi. I am also September 2021 filer( Nevraska center).

I got extention letter on this March, and  I haven't got a approval letter yet. 

Why taking so long.

I also filed 1 751 in September 2021.

I recieved 48 month extension letter last week... and thats it so far.

When do I get green card . 

Sent file through ups .i 485. I 765 1 131. But sent only 2 passport style photos and 1 visa .1 passport copy. 1 i 94 .and fee. Didnt include documents for each file . 

I can get ref for 3 of those file all? Cuz have only 1 copy for 3 files

Did you write name on back of ur passport style photogragh? Or any mark.
