So, I’m pretty upset to learn that I got a I-140 denial. I received a RFE, and supplied all the documentation asked for. Then 3 months later, I received a letter that my case was denied due to abandonment...

I didn’t abandon anything...

after doing some more research, I found out that USPS never delivered my RFE package to USCIS... 

Is there anything I can do about this? My lawyer said he’s resubmit the RFE, with I-290B motion to reopen the case.

has anyone hear of this before? What are my odds?

I’m in need of some help and thank you in advance. This whole process has been stressful and I can’t wait for the resolution.

I recently got a rejection letter (i797c) on my i140 application. The checks were written out to USCIS not Homeland Security so they sent the whole package back. Stating that the payments were missing or incorrect. Please resubmit.

My DOL perm cert expired on Sept 15, 2018. My rejection letter states that the USCIS received my application on Sept 9th. Am I still okay or is USCIS going to count the application as received once the proper checks are submitted?
