    N-600 for my child who forced to live abroad?

    I became a citizen of the United States and living in US. My wife and child have a LPR but they are living abroad. We have lived together in US until my child has been diagnosed with autism. Unfortunately, we did not find a good school for autistic kids in NY, but for a private school we did not have money. Currently my child (and wife) are forced to live away from me because we have found an excellent special education in our motherland for autistic kids. We are not divorced and often visit each other. They will stay in motherland until my child either graduate from the middle school.  N-600 Form clearly says about requirement: “living in the US in legal and physical custody of citizen parent” . Which is why I'm asking the question: Does my child have the right to obtain a certificate of US-citizenship?

    N-336: how to check my status?

    Hello everyone. 

     

    My N-400 petition was denied. With the help of a lawyer, we filed an appeal by N-336 form (appellation of decision N400 ). A few days ago there was an interview in USCIS. The officer said "OK, I need to check again that your criminal records is clean".

     

    How can I check my N-336 status? The USCIS site shows only the form N-400 with the old data when they denied my application. I called the USCIS office, but they also answered that they only can see my N-400 case.

     

    Does anyone know where you can get the data N-336?

    hi, guys!

     

    I missed my  Interview because never received appointment letter. But I've got mail from USCIS about failure to arrive. On the next week I visited the USCIS office at Federal Plaza (8 floor) and talk to clerk. . He took this letter about non-arrive and he told to expect a new appointment letter. 

     

    Does anybody know how much time will take re-schedule new appointment in my case?
