Canada and the US are separate countries. It’s not all that unusual for someone to be granted a visa by one but not the other. The US won’t care about future itineraries, flights and hotels can be cancelled. Seems your best bet is to convince them you need to go back to Canada because your boyfriend is supporting you, but I’m not sure exactly how a Canadian CO will take that seeing as you are on a visit not resident visa there.

it is indeed but it doesnt matter because i am not breaking any law. and plus, i will be going to the us consulate. it will be americans visa officers.

What difference would it make if you apply from home? Whether you apply in Canada or your home country, the fact still remains that you don't have a reason to return home.

You said it yourself that you are unemployed and your BF has been taking care of you. That is a red flag. That means you are a risk of using the tourist visa to come to the US and stay with your BR indefinitely.

The most important thing you must remember when applying for a visitor visa is that you have to convince the CO that you must return home after your visit to the US, not why you want to visit the US. If you have no job or property to return to, what is stopping you from staying in America with your BF?

Well he is canadian and he has a job here and he has a house here.

for me to say, all i can prove is my itinineraries for all of my future flights back in asia. that is if they asked for it.

thats how i got my canadian tourist visa. i had zero ties from home but i still got the visa.

its going to be the same application as i applied for canadian tourist visa. with my background.

The reason most likely you'll get deny is because you have NO HOME ties.

Usually CO is already denying B1/B2 based on you DS-160 before the interview. But who knows, perhaps you'll get lucky and get approve.

Thank you for your response! thats too bad! i do wish for the best for myself. i guess i will have to go home n reapply! just hope thats not the case cuz the visa fee is not cheap!
