HI! I'm a December filer (AOS - EAD - AP from a k1). Still waiting my EAD and in the meanwhile I'm starting to search for jobs. 

In case of having a job offer can I ask an Expedite for EAD? Which are the criteria? Do you guys know if in case of negative response my processing time can be even slower? Thank you

So we received the email stating the NVC has sent our approved I-129f application to Naples for the interview, yet we haven’t received the confirmation that it has arrived in the consulate. Yet the NVC instructions were to prepare for the interview, part of the interview is filing the ds-160 application. So my question is when should she file the ds-160 application? After being addressed from the consulate that the I-129f has been received or ASAP or sometime before the interview? Thanks!

So for the passport style photos I recently had to get a new passport and got extra photos after the photo shoot i plan on copying my US birth certificate and my passport to be safe when sending it in.  But i want to use the extra passport photo i have as the passport style photo do you think that wold be alright or should i just do it again? Also on the I-129f application when there asking for your mothers name is it her original maiden name or her current name, because it just says family name and i dont want this to be a reason for denial..... The question is “Address in the US where your Beneficiary intends to live” I’m having a hard time thinking about how to answer this question because I plan on moving to a new apartment once she arrives and I’m not exactly sure what our address would be, so what did everyone else do answer. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s been in this situation
