How are those 2 questions connected? Other than the fact that I posted them. One is about paystubs, another is about location and address to be used for my employment history, just curious.

The staffing company is based in Texas, whereas I work in California, client location is in California. I'm wondering if this will be a problem. Please let me know your thoughts.

I'm currently working for a staffing company and applying for a family based AOS application. I've worked on 2 different client locations with the staffing company. What address should I put in my employment history, address of the Employer or address of the client. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I'm currently working on STEM OPT which is valid till Dec 2018. I have been employed and paying taxes from 2016. I just wanted to confirm, if I'm required to include my pay stubs and w2 on our application( We are working on our application currently). We are including my partner's last 3 years tax returns and W2 and he makes more than the required limit. is it ok if I just carry my pay stubs during the interview, because this income is not going to last after December until I get my new EAD. Thank you!

No, I'm just using my husbands income and his w2 and paystubs on i864, as he is my sponsor. geowrian, answered that question. My second question is about my form i130a where I'm providing more information about my employment in the past 5 years. I wanted to know, since I worked for a staffing company, what address should I put down in my employment history, address of the employer or address of the client where I worked.
