  1. Will accomplish my N400 application soon based on a 3 year marriage to us citizen.

Although I have read the necessary instructions and requirements, i got few questions:

    1) Does is basically easier to file N400 online? (Should I also attach such as the tax transcripts, bank records etc on line?)

    2) Is my foreign passport a needed document?  (because it’s expired), however, i only read my US Citizen spouse passport or naturalization cert is important.

thanks in advance to all who already done in the process.. 😊

  2. Hi everyone! Planning to start my naturalization process based on a 3 year rule. i got some questions and need some insights from those who has done this, or who’s currently underway.

    1) does being unemployed for 3 years matter in n400 approval? (I have a baby and full time mom)

    2) do i need to submit foreign passport (which is on my maiden name still, but never travelled outside us for 3 years) or is it irrelevant to submit?

    3) for those who are from the Philippines here: did you accomplish report of marriage and change your maiden name to married name in your phili passport before applying N400?

    thanks in advance!

  3. Hello everyone! I am a september 2018 i751 filer. We sent our files last sept 11. And just a while ago our file was delivered to california service center.  The BIG problem is, we didnt know that last sept 10 the filing locations changed. We love in the east coast and the new filing location is in uscis texas lockbox.

My question is what will happen to our files that has been sent to CSC (few days after the filing locations changed)? 😕😕😕

i’m praying they will still consider handling our file since it was just sept 10 that they posted a new update in new filing locations.

I’m gonna call uscis tomorrow for further inputs and advice on this. But now im worried..

    Thanks you in advance!
