Hello I finished The online Medical Registration for my fiancée and her daughter but I didn’t receive a confirmation page or form to be printed or emailed to my fiancée in the Philippines. Their appointment is being done at the St. Luke’s Medical Center In Manila. Can this form be retrieved through mine or her email or do they by chance already have their information and do they just need to present the NVC or Embassy Letter in order to check in. I will welcome all answers and opinions and I I appreciate your help. Thank you so much and God Bless.

What I did with mine is complete what needs to be completed on the Registration Form and click on the Confirm or Submit Registration button and then they sent me an email with the title Registration Confirmation. You should see to it again... if they have not sent you the Registration Confirmation email. All the best to you.
