I think my grandma is already a green card holder that time when my mother got married. So Even if my mother is already a widow? Does her mother still needs to apply her for a new petition? Thanks for the advice and info

Had the grandmother been an LPR (green card holder) when the mother married, that would have invalidated the petition and a new one would have been needed.

I think my grandma is already an LPR since her youngest son is already a us citizen . The problem is i dont know if my grandma is already a green card holder when my mother got married .

yes, my grandma is already a citizen. When my mother got married then after a year the approval for petition came then my grandma didn’t reapply my mother for a new petition because the process takes time and years.  And now my mother is already widow . That’s why i’m asking if there is a chance to petition my mother again for a fast process?

i have a question for you guys, my grandma petitioned my mother when she’s still a single , since the process takes time my mother already got married to his husband when the petition approval came. After that my grandma didnt reapply my mother for her new petition for a married daughter . Now my mother is already widow . Do she still have a chance to be petitioned again for a fast process ?
