What country are you from? I am asking that because that matters as well.

It can, in some cases.  Tourist visa denied twice and then all of a sudden applying for K1 visa can raise a slight eyebrow.  Can depend on timing.

Also the possibility of the K-1 being denied, too, as there's no guarantee of an approval with that either.

Why not spend a month living together in one of the other countries you've already successfully traveled to?  Seems easier, no?

His a self employed business man and he cant be away from his company that long. Besides it would be expensive paying for a hotel for a month. It is so frustrating with the immigration officers i mean you come out with the honest truth they denie the visa, those who go with lies are usually granted visas.

What ties do you have to your home country?  Without compelling reasons to return, your chances of getting a tourist visa to visit are slim.  If you were denied, and then reapplied right away without your personal circumstances changing, then it's no surprise you were denied the second time.

It all depends on your ties to your country.  Are you employed/in school, property ownership, etc.?

I aint employed but i have property like land titles. I hv good travel history and hv never over stayed my visas i thought that would be proof enough that i wont be an immigrate.

  3. Not enough social ties in my country. I have good travel history for europe and uk and i have never over stayed my visits. I thought my travel history would be proof enough for them that i wasnt an immigrant. Thats why me and my boyfriend thought we could try the k1 visa. We want to spend atleast a month of staying together and see how leaving together is before making the huge step. What am nt sure of is if i get the k1 visa and we dont get married and i leave the usa will it impact my next visa application?

  4. I have been dating my boyfriend for one year, we met online and we hv met physically 4times, 3 times in hongkong and once in uk. He gave me all the supportive documents to get my usa visa but it has been denied twice. He wants me to visit him in usa for a month and we see how leaving together for a month is before we take the huge step. If we apply for a k1 visa and its granted and i go visit him and leave after a month. Will it bring me problems if i want to go back visit him since we didn't get married on the k1 visa. How are the chances of getting another visa if you didnt get married on the k1 visa?
