Hi, can you guys help me out please? My AOS is still in process and my husband who is in the military will be deployed to Korea next year and he will take me with him. My problem is can I go out of the country while my AOS is still in pending? What should I do so that I could go to Korea with him. He will be deployed there for 1-2 years. Will I be able to expedite my AOS?

What if my fiance sent it last monday? Would it be okay if he will going to send a letter again today? 

@Dutchster so maybe I should send another letter to USCIS with a copy page of the form wherein I missed to encircle the box and include there the RFE notice. Would that be correct? 

On the letter, it says that after you encircle the the box you need to put your signature in there. On the instruction, it already said there that the notice should be included on the mail but my fiance didn't understand it. So, now, I don't know what to do.

Hello, we received RFE also about a box on the form that we missed to encircle. We sens the form but we didn't include the RFE notice. DO you have any idea what to do about it? 

Hello guys, I would like to ask, what if USCIS sent me an RFE notice requiring me to encircle a box I missed on i-129f form. I sent the form with the circled box but I didn't send the RFE notice. Should I send another letter to send the RFE notice? Please reply. I really need help.
