Hi guys. I'm just wondering if anyone here knowns what an Authorization to Marry from a CO is like as my boyfriend's doesn't have no idea(He's in the US Army). We're bout to get married anytime soon and its the only thing we're waiting for. I tried to look on the internet, asked Philippine Embassy and he asked the Legal Office as well, but nothing.
