The update I can post in respect to the denied K-1 fiancee visa is as follows: 

I returned to the Philippines on 02/07/2019 to marry my fiancee in Iloilo, Panay Island. At that point and already prior to my visit, the impression continuously emerged that she was losing interest in the entire matter after the US Embassy treated her disrespectfully and to some extent unfairly. She then breached her contract to marry and I have been charged with additional expense to sue her for breach of contract, which is to some extent the fault of the US Embassy for being unusually cruel and heartless toward our cause of an efficient, economically feasible marriage in the US. Fact is, we did satisfy the legal requirements of showing a rendezvous within the 2 year time-frame with some reasonable romance. According to Catholic tradition, you don't fully kiss the bride until she is with you at the altar, and sex only thereafter, and the US actually reflects those Catholic, traditional demographics, while I am personally non religious. I have found a different fiancee and will marry her soon in Batangas, Philippines.
