I made no attempts to file for expedited processing so there is no priority request. As of today, Sept 2, 2018, all cases with NOA1 date after February 4, 2018 are still in "normal processing" window.  Notice date is your NOA1 date btw, not received date.

quick question if anyone can explain this to me

I sent my K1 package on August 16 and it got received to Dallas USCIS on August 22.  Two weeks later I got mail from USCIS  form I-797C with the receipt number. However, I haven't got any priority date on this notice is this just me or is this new thing,.Two years ago my friend did K1 and he got his notification with a priority date of November 14 2016. am I doing something wrong???
