How did your interview go in Fargo? Just curious, any tips?
Also for the writing test do they tell you to write all 3 sentences or they stop at one if you write the 1st one correctly?
Do they repeat the sentence for you as you begin writing?
Really appreciate your help man..

@Indiandude Congrats to her. She should see the letter in the document tab by Monday or Tuesday evening.
Great. They at least give a month right for the interview? When did they schedule yours? She really needs to study hard.. Lol.

@Indiandude I applied on 08/11/18 and my interview was scheduled on 01/17/20. Your wife's own is close.
Finally her status changed to interview scheduled. Now checking for the actual date. Any idea how long it takes to show up in the documents tab?
i finally see the case moving after 17 months 😂

Anyone still following this thread? My wife's filing date is 8/21/18. Got biometrics done a month later.
No interview date or any update. It just sucks getting naturalized in ND. We fall under MN Field office and they are the slowest in the country.

Hi. I have a very similar timeline to yours. I filed my N400 on August 30 2018 (it will be 17 months on January 30 2020). I filed my I-75I on August 30 2017 (it will be 29 months on January 30 2020). It's very frustrating.
I was hoping to submit an inquiry for "outside of normal processing time" too, but they just changed that date. The wait time now is 11.5-22 months, and you can only inquire if your case was filed before February/March 2017.
I'm glad there's a thread specifically pertaining to filers in ND.
I was told my case is line for an interview appointment. But I've been hearing this since the end of 2018. I understand there's a big back log at the MN USCIS office, but then you also see people who get their N400 completed within 7-9 months at the same office.
My wife's N-400 filing date is 8/21/18. She did her biometrics a month after that and there have been no updates whatsoever. Every few months when we call they tell us everything is just fine with the application and that the MN office is very slow. We all experience the same frustration, yet we cannot do anything about it.
Looking at your timeline sure gives us some hope, but if we just go by the posted timelines does that mean she won't get an interview until June 2020?

Got my biometrics letter yesterday. The appointment date is on 9/10. Not sure why but it still isn't in the documents tab.

Where do you live? If there's an ASC near you, you can go there and explain your situation, they'll let you do biometrics.
They're pretty generous with biometrics regarding time and location. I did walk in 2 weeks early showing my printout appointment, they accepted it.
The closest ASC is in Fargo, ND about 300 miles from where I live. I need to take 2 days off from work, which is why I want to know the date asap for planning purposes at work. I am not being impatient 😁 BUT... just want to know the date so that I can plan my time off needs with my employer.
Thanks, Molly28!

It took mine 2 days to show up under documents and a week for an actual letter to get to my mailbox. But I have seen some people said theirs took 3-4 days to show up under documents.
That is a really long drive to get biometrics done, I hope you get the letter soon though!
I hope so too. It has been about a week now & I don't see it yet in the documents tab. Well... hopefully it does become available soon.
Thank you.

Can anyone tell me when does the biometrics letter became available in the documents tab?
On 8/24 they scheduled my biometrics but I still cannot see my letter. I need to know the date so that I can request time off from work as I would be driving 300 miles to do my biometrics. Your help will be appreciated.
Thank you.

My wife passed everything also and her online status shows oath ceremony will be scheduled. The officer told her there could be one in March, April or in June. Have you gotten a date yet?
