My USCIS account says that my estimated time waiting is 5 months until then I am going to be outside for about 4 months until March 2019. How can I reschedule my appointment for so long time?

Am I allowed to do reschedule my appointment interview for at least 4 months or so?

Does anybody applied N400 online and had to translate her marriage certificate into English?

 This is my second time applying for n400. The first time I applied was in August 2017.

 I had my biometric appointment in September 22nd 2017.

My n400 was denied in May 2018 because my husband and I had been living at the current address for less than 3 months when I sent my application in Aug 2017.

Now October 2018 I want to reapply using the online application      (The first time I used the paper application).

I read on the Uscis website that if I send them the payment for the biometric fee, and it turns out I don’t need another biometric screening, then they will reject my application entirely. 

How can I know for sure if I require another biometric screening or not?

I got my approval letter for my 10 year green card in the middle of May this year. It said that I would get my green card in the mail in 60 days. I didn’t get the green card in 60 days. I had an info pass appointment in July 20th and ask about my green card they said It hadn’t  been made yet. The officer told me to wait 30 more days but it’s been 30 days and I still haven’t gotten my green card. What should I do? 

My stamps expires in November and I will be traveling outside the US at the end of November. I don’t really have the time to go to an another infopass appointment.
