the case was R.A 9165 violation of sec5. Drugs. the case happened way back back 2003,and out of jail way back 2010 according to my friend.thank u

my friend was convicted and now he's a free person now and served his sentence (8yrs)  my question is if he can get a visa?because his wife is working his petition to bring him in the u.s?thank you for your reply in advance.Godbless us all

i have a questions my daughter is cr2  and we get her visa from 2go moa today,my question is if she can travel alone without me  since she have a visa?until now  im still waiting for my visa😢😢😢thank u

aug.7-administrative processing

my daughter case updated was aug6,then august.7 her visa was issued then as of today her visa was on the consular section and processing for delivery.

my status as of today is still administrative when i checked ceac😢😢😢

my question is if my case is normal?and may i know if some of you experienced this, same with my case. thank you and Godbless.highly appreciated if many of you will answer my questions because im confused if what is the meaning of my case.
