You start there ok once you know u have someone go there your mom or dad if you send someone else you might have to send a letter authorizing them to get it for u. Oh and the person getting the birth c for u has to go to the bank and pay for a  copy there first then go back to the registration place and get the birth c 

    Yes I know Where it is and i have family that can do that for me! Thank you so much!
