Has anyone seen medical and biometric from Delhi getting rejected from Mumbai consulate? 

Based on the experience of folks in this thread, seems getting these done in Delhi is acceptable?

Anyone in similar situation who got medical exam in Delhi and then went for interview in Mumbai?

SMcNally: The BMB document above does list Hyderabad location, but does not list Delhi. Delhi location is only listed in NWD location, which no longer accepts immigrant visa cases.

I am US citizen and applied for green card for my parents in India. They are based in Delhi. Their visa appointment will be in Mumbai (BMB).

For their medical examination, do they have to choose one of the locations mentioned for Mumbai consulate (https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/BMB-Mumbai.pdf), or they can do this in Delhi as well (https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/NWD_New_Delhi.pdf)? How can I get official confirmation?
