We did send 2 years tax cuz she didn't work for a year , plus her income more than 125% , and there is a Letter from her employee explain everything , what they want , still don't know , please any help

8- no i-693 cuz its only 3 months of medical examination

9- there is a translated birth certificate that included with our application when we had our interveiw for k1 visa , i cant find any place to translate it here .

BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, YOU CALL AND ASK FOR LEVEL 2 OF SUPPORT , AND ASK FOR THE REASON OF DELAY , THEY RIGHT IT DOWN, IN 2 WEEKS YOU HAVE A LETTER LIKE THIS , THIS WAY YOU WILL FIND WERE YOUR APPLICATION , BY THE WAY , WE HAD SAME RFE , WE WROTE A LITTER ,EXPLAIN HOW HARD IT WAS TO MEET IN PERSON IN LAST 2 YEARS , AND HOW OUR FAMILIES ARE TOO CLOSE ....ETC .

2 WEEKS LATER WE GOT APPROVED .

FOR US IT WAS A HARD 10 MONTHS SINCE WE FILLED OUR APPLICATION TILL WE GOT APPROVED , 10-30-2013 OUR INTERVIEW , WISH ME LUCK MY FRIEND .

AND KEEP CALLING AS MUCH AS U CAN .

You need the I-134 for a K-1 unless your consulate specifically asks for an I-864. Her income and assets are not enough and your income does not count. She needs to find a co-sponsor. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

we filled in 24-8-2012 and we didnt get anything till 31-7-2013, so five month its there target , but it dosnt mean its 5 months exactly , keep calling , try congressmen in ur area , try everything , but dont worry , if its late , good luck

about affidavit of support , i-864 , she made 15000$ per year plus 7500$ in her account , and i will have 10000$ (from work) (my reword for serving them for 10 years .

is it enough or what , what we should do if they dont calculate it like we did ??

Thanks , actually there is no barriers at all:) , just we were tooo worry , after long time of waiting we contacted congressman to see what happens , in few days we got RFE , and in few days we sent it , and no answer for for long 70 days ,our case status changed back for initial review, after it was RFE response , and they got some mistakes in our case , we got a notice that something wrong with our I-130 application , how is that , we have I-129F , we contacted them every day after 60 days , and finally someone very rude told us on the phone you got denied in may and hang up , and it was a disaster , and even we didnt get the denial notice , how we got denied and we didnt get anything , my baby got tooooooooooooo shocked , and we began planing to get married in other country and we wrote for white house telling them how long it was , how rude it was with documents and dates for everything bad we went through, in 24 days we got an email from CAO in USCIS telling us you will get an answer to soon , in same day we got approved .

My Dear friends , its not about getting denied , there is a huge mistake with our application , and they was soooooooooooooooo rude to answer , and yes i can attack them by media , and our application is attached with full documents and proofs that they ask for , what am saying here , what I-30 application they talk about , and whats wrong , and no matter what they decide , it dosent give them rights to treat us with rudeness , the person who got our call ,he should answer these questions , not hang up on us .

Am i right ??
