As above, 2 per each form that the non-USC (beneficiary) fills out. 2 for i-485, 2 for i-131 and 2 for i-765.

Additionally, I also included a marriage certificate with each application. Not sure if this is required, but I changed my last name and wanted to be safe.

Form I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record should go with the i-485.

    Good luck!

    Thank you!

I just submitted my application TODAY - all 3+ pounds of it, haha. My husband and I finally decided to submit it after starring at every single page every day. We did a concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485.

If you have filed or planning to file this month, please feel free to comment here. Best of luck to everyone!!!

Just a quick question. Do we have to submit a total of 6 passport pic, 2 for every form? Or just 2 photos for the entire package?

  3. Hi guys, I'm putting together my packet for K1 visa and I'm  a little confused about a signature on form I-129F. So far I thought as a petitioner I'm the only one who supposed to sign it, but since I watched a lot of you tube videos some people were saying that the signature is required from the petitioner and beneficiary? I know for most of you it might be a silly question, but to me it's very important because I don't want to make  any mistakes so I would appreciate your help. Also, when do I submit form I-134? Does it go with my K1 visa packet, or would my fiancé have to have it on his interview (hopefully we'll have one)?
