    Got to be honest here, i was sweating big bullets on this.

    First, she does not hardly get any mail sent to her, so we only had like a 10 day notice to get ready.

    here is the best advise i can give you.. ***** get on your police report now if you live outside HCMC ******

    when she went to her local police office station to get her report they told her 3 months!!

    We ended up paying a local "lawyer" $250.00 USD to get her report just hours before her interview.

    I will fill in more about that later.

    i just want to thank all my Vietnam VJ members for all of your support and help during this very stressful time. some of you have been great with your positive messages and advise.

    i will pray for all of you.

    You (we) all are very special people. we have love that does not know boundries. our love we have is beyond politics.

    Please just stay focus, remember what is important!

    She called and they accepted fax of 1722. Queued and waited 3 hours again today and got PINK!!!!!!! Yeah. Visa will pick up at Feb 2, 2006. Thank everybody on your inputs and advice. :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

    Dear all,

    we got blue with request of form IRS 1722 while we submitted W-2 and 1040. Any experience for this case?

    OK regarding the IRS1722, The IRS no longer calls that form 1722. However if you call them and wait long enough while on hold you will be able to speak with a person and tell them that you need a history of you IRS statements and they will ask you for what year, if you want your 2006 you must had already process your tax’s six weeks in advance in order to get it. It takes six weeks to process your 2006 clams. I know sometimes it is hard and confusing working with there unjustified and arrogant demands but just hang in there and good luck to all.
