I guess I was the last batch that was the paper process since my case completed on 9/5/18.

Awesome news for everyone else to now easily upload docs versus have to mail package in.

So I am at the visa process and my wife's interview in on 11/9/2018!

I just wanted to state that I have friend that I work with that just got to the stage of getting a case number from NVC and when he logged in to pay his fees I noticed it looked very different than mine. It looks like the Mumbai Consulate is also starting to process via pivot versus the mailing everything in originally. 

Wanted to see if anyone else had noticed this and give some extra hope to anyone else still in the process.

I read on the 'Case Complete to Interview November 2018' thread that you can possible attempt to email the consulate/embassy that your interview is at and try to see if you can get an earlier interview date that the one already provided if you have already completed your medical and have all you documents ready to go.

For clarification I am not requesting info regarding expediting your case, but more along the lines of rescheduling your interview date to an earlier available date if doable.

Has anyone had any luck with this before? I figured I can try, but is it really worth it. My personal consulate is the Mumbai location.
