Hello friends 

my interview was on march 2 but due to problem in medical examination, physician suggests to me to reschedule the interview.Now I choose the may 2 for my interview after the submission of medical examination on April 27. Today I called at us consulate Mumbai and they said they will provide the interview date after the submission of medical examination report. Please answer my query  that Mumbai consulate will issue the date or is it ok the date I chosen for my interview. Another question my spouse is us citizen and I want to that he can go with me during interview or only applicant can enter the Mumbai consulate officer or interview?

someone misguided me that you have to reschedule your interview, he said without medical examination report you are not eligible for interview so we have already put and email to consult. When I put the post on visa journey , sir you suggested me to attend the interview and After your advice I called Mumbai consulate that I want to attend the interview now they replied your case was highlighted and go in revert position for next interview date  because you have already sent the email to reschedule the interview so now it's  not possible , you have to wait for next interview. so I have no option to attend the interview and I have rescheduled the date of biometric appointment from 28th February  at Mumbai to 5th march at Delhi.

   My interview is on 1st march. But I have  put an email to reschedule the interview for new interview date due to  delay in medical  report . I want to know that , for last interview I have not received the original interview letter through mail ,  I just got the information through email. Is there any need of the  original interview letter for attending the interview or can  I use the printed letter that  I will get through email . 

Please let me Embassy sends the information only through the email or sends the original  copy of interview letter by mail to the applicant address.

Hello everyone

My interview date is on 1st march. There is problem in my chest X-rays so physician said for further assessment.My husband already put an email for reschedule the interview and they replied undergo the procedure as suggested by physician. Physician said they will send the report online to Mumbai consulate  till April 28th. Now I want to know the  next procedure for next interview date means I have to select the  interview date according to my choice or Mumbai consulate will send me the interview date according to their procedure.if it's my choice to select the date then when I can select the interview date after the submission of medical report to Mumbai consulate or before that I am able to select a date according to medical reports deadlines.

Hello everyone 

  My interview is on 1st march but in there is Problem in medical report.My chest X-rays are abnormal.  Medical immigration called me for sputum testing and they said they will send the medical report online to Mumbai consult in April. Can I  attend the interview without medical report ?. Can I  submit the medical after the interview when report will be ready .or I have to reschedule the interview.

i have submitted the Ds-260 form ,paid  fees and submitted  all other documents of NVC checklist. Could any tell me how much time NVC takes to review the case and to schedule the interview and what type of questions are asked during interview.

Hello everyone , my husband filled my i-130 petition in April and case was sent to Potomac  centre .Now  the case is approved and  was  sent to department of state .anyone if knows please tell me what is the further procedure and  what documents are needed to submit for further processing.Thanks
