Hi Everyone,
I have a few questions about this process. Our I-130 was approved and we have our case number. My wife and I live here in the Philippines together.
1. Will we both be allowed to attend the interview at the US embassy in Manila?
2. Will I submit the I-864 Form and supporting documents at the time of the interview?
3. Where can I find a list of documents required for the interview?
Many Thanks,

8/23/18 Update - Thanks Everyone for this Forum!! Today we received the email with our MNL Case Number and the instructions told us we could schedule our Embassy Interview, which I've done. I've completed the DS-260 online application and tomorrow I'll start the I-864 Form.
My DS-260 Application Fee say N/A on the website - is there no fee in Manila?? I can't figure out where/how to pay this fee.
Are there any other fees I should be paying now? Thanks again for all the help!!

8/20/18 Update - Just called USCIS and was told again that our I-130 Petition was Approved on 8/14 - No Confirmation email has been sent to date. The lady on the phone said once it's sent to immigration it's out of there hands
I've Emailed IVMANILAREPLIES@state.gov 5 times and I just get an automated response back each time
Should I be worried something is wrong?

HI,
I filed an I-130 for my wife on May 23rd, 2018 at the Manila US Embassy. I followed all the advise I found here and I believe I submitted everything required including the G-1145 Electronic Form. Today is July 31st, 2018, so it's been 69 Days. I have NOT received an email saying USCIS received my application and I just get an automated response when I email them for a status update. Can anyone tell me:
#1 - should I have gotten a confirmation that USCIS received my application ???
#2- will they email me when we are approved or do they mail the approval to my address in the Philippines???
Any help would be great, Thank you!
Medical Exam (SLEC) in Maiden Name NOT Married name
in Philippines
Posted
Hello All,
My wife just finished Day One of the Medical Exam at SLEC and I have a question. Our Interview is next week at the Manila US Embassy but SLEC forced her to do the medical under her Passport Name, which is her Maiden Name, not the Married Name, which we used on all the paperwork for the Embassy Interview.
Does anyone know if this will be a problem for the Embassy??
