My friend was married and want to have marriage anulled in Philppnes.Her wife left him because she think she does not have a good life living with him.She said that she is going to find a job.Lately my friend found her on Facebook with a pictures of man and there is also a conversation on facebook that the man of her facebook page was her new man and that she is pregnant for 4months.My friend doesn't like to be with her anymore.If he is going to file for marriage anullment,is that going to be easy?They got married thru the municpal mayor.I hope somebody can help with this situation.

I don't care about him. I post recently because i wanted to get some answer but he reply something i don't like. I don't adress him that question anyways. If he can't answer my simple question then, why bother to write something. I can get answer to others based to those who have the same case like mine.

Perhaps you don't know whom this person im talking about but you can know by reading the post i had here . Being like that to me........ I hate him. He said my the thread i post was old and look the way he talked so he deserved to get an answered back!( i jsut post firstime here), and WHY I CANNOT POST? This is scary. I just got my interview letter last week. Now, I not only have to worry about my interview, but also about it being cancelled. What is wrong with USCIS? They should be made to compensate you for the pain, suffering, and incovenience caused

made me think what's really wrong beacuse i read in this forum that some got interview notice and after a week USCIS send cancellation notice. I thought its only me who get a cancellation notice after i got the interview date

yes it say in the letter they will notify me but... but when i showed up during that day they told me that i will just wait for the greencard within 3 weeks.. since untill now it hasn't arrived yet, i'd make follow up call last month and they told me to wait within 45 days again.. thnx

Now you lost me...who told you all you have to do is wait for a GC? Are you saying that they told you to forget about the interview and just wait for the card?

ok...here it goes... When i showed up that day, one of the lady in immigrant section told me that my case was one of those who doesn't an interview. So she said, i will just wait for the greencard within 3 weeks.

From other posts, people were witty and showed up at the so cancelled appointment with their letter and were able to go through it. But yeah...call the misinformation line and/or do an Infopass.

Out of curiosity...did your letter say that you could reschedule on 'on of these dates' and give you the day of the week until a certain date?

Seriously the only person you should be concerned with is YOU and a quick search will reveal that you should not necessarily take notice of the cancellation.

HI all i just wanna asked something... what is the reason stating when they send the cancellation notice of the interview you had? is it same like mine???

mine is: This is to advice you that due to unforseen circumstances, we have cancelled the previously schedulled interview on Nov.6. We regret any inconvenience may cause. You will be notified for any further action taken on this case, including any reschedulled interview information, under seperate notice.

For me when we apply for my SSN , they mail the card after 2 weeks

better to showed up on the interview date or call USCIS first because sometimes it was an error... i read some applicant here who have cancellation notice but they still go for the day of interview and they interview her.. But for me i have also notice for interview and i showed up that day but they didn't interview me..they said my papers wan't there.

Most of it who received a RFE after a couple of weeks they will notify you that the case was transfer to CSC. Lucky are those who will just received the greencard without an interview after their papers was transfered to CSC.

that will depend, sometimes you will get a notice earlier than 60days of their processing time. For me after they got my RFE mailed i got noticed same like yours too, then 1 week later i got noticed they transfer to CSC.2 weeks later i got a interview noticed. After one week i got a cancellation noticed for my interview date (that really sucks). Make my paper processing soooo slow. But anyways, keep tracking online about your status. Goodluck

I was checking about the recent update today, and i've seen about the I-485 they are updating those who had receipt month of SEPT. 25, 2005?????????????? lastime we checked they are doing receipt of sept 16, 2006... LOL how this happen now? movin backward ..hmmmm this is not good ha.. im one of those who get noticed of interview last NOV and after a week they send me the cancellation notice of interview... GEEZZZ this is hardtime lol. Anyways, lets see what gonna happen beacuse i make a follow up already. First week of February i should received something in the mail box.

My Sched for interview was cancelled also..came for for K-1 ..Interview date was Nov 6 but they send me a notice of cancellation..untill now i haven't heard anything yet but i did show up on that day.. The lady told me my case was one of those who doesn't require an interview and that she also told me to wait within 3 weeks for the greencard but nothing came yet. So, I called USCIS for follow up last Dec 19- 06 and they told me to wait within 45 days again and if no mail coming within that period i will call them back again because they gave me a referral number ..btw, my case was transfered to CA last Sept 14 .. Hope they will mail mg GC without interview na lol..im tired of waiting ..almost everyday i punch my receipt number online just to check what's goin on.. but no change at all OH GEEEEEZZZ HURRY UP AND WAIT
