Once you have your interview for the fiance visa and it is approved, do you have to wait for them to send it to you or is there a way you can get it an the Consulate office on the same day or soon after? This is at Ciudad Juarez

If this appointment is early in the morning, yet many wait hours, is it wise to book a flight back home the day of the visa appointment, late in the afternoon? Or is it better to book it for next day in case anything comes up?
