My wife had her K1 visa and came in United Sates back in October 2019. We got married in December. Unfortunately,  I didn't have the money to apply for her Adjustment of Status. Now, I have the money to apply. I would like to know if I can go ahead and apply or is there any other documents I should add to the I-485 form before submitted the document.

Can you please tell what type of questions they asked?

I would like to know after receiving your first NOA1 on September 17, 2018. How long do I have to wait before receiving my NOA2?

I hope everyone has a good holiday. I checked Citizenship and Immigration services every month (I sent the K1 visa application 2 months ago). This is the information I saw the last time I checked (2 days ago). Does anyone know what does it mean?  

Also, I did check and the latest form of 1-129F expires 8/31/2018. I would like to know if this is the latest form and if I can submit this form or wait until the newest form is available?

For someone who became US citizen by naturalization, Do I need to enter my A alien Visa when I fill out my application

-        G-1145 Form

-        Payment in the amount of $535.

-         I-129F Form & Part 8: Questions 11,52,54 and explanation of meeting in person

-        Passport style photo (Petitioner)

-        Passport style photo (Beneficiary)

-        Certificate of naturalization, Copy passport (Petitioner)

-        Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

-        Proof of having met in person in the past two years (2017 vacation pictures)

-        Proof of being in a relationship since 2005 (pictures of my fiance and I  from 2005-2008)

Proof of ongoing relationship (phone calls, text messages translate from French to English,)

We met in person in December 2017, I have couple pictures, flight ticket. The thing is we know each other for other 10 years now and things GOD, we have couple pictures showing that we were dating when we were young. We are just coming back to our first love.

I would like to know what do I suppose to provide as evidence of proof that you and your fiance stay in touch. I thought about show proof of phone calls, messages, western union receipt.

I went through the process and check-list and these are the information that I found:

-         I-129F

-        I-129F Supplement: Part 2, Question 34.a, explanation of meeting in person [ONLY IF USED ADDITIONAL SHEET]

-        G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)

-        G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

-        Birth certificate/US Passport (Petitioner)

-        Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

-        Proof of having met in person in the past two years

            Proof of ongoing relationship

I would like to know expect these information, I f there is any other information that I need to have or file that I need to fill up but sending my application to USCIS.
