HI, Just wanted to share my experience.

I had my visa interview originally March-17, and was cancelled due to COVID. I got a Call from the embassy to reschedule my interview on Aug-27.

I got approved. However, Medical Exams only last for up to 6 months. I was due to enter the US before Sep-4(Final day for the exam to expire). They gave me one month extension. 

Note* My Wife is a USC. It seems they are only processing IR1/CR1.

I Received the cancellation email yesterday. But the reschedule will come later i suppose. Im guessing they will take at least a two weeks up to a month to reschedule...

I have/had my interview March 17. Still hoping to receive an email. About cancellation tomorrow.

Still waiting for them to review the rejected one... it seems its going to take a while sadly.

PD July 24.

NO2 Sept-13. 

WL Nov-13

They reviewed all files next day.

Got one file rejected, due to incorrect file uploaded. Waiting for them to review again.

Calling them will not cause you any delays. My wife did make several calls since the upgrade, even the day before of getting approved she called USCIS to see if they could give any update.. 

But yeah, they don't give any update just ask you to wait and be patient.

I just wanted to share... FINALLY APPROVED JUST NOW 

F2A Upgraded to IR1. June 23.

Priority Date for F2A: July 24, 2018

I-130 Approved Online September 12, 2019.

You will keep your WAC receipt number. They will adjudicate your case on CSC most likely. 

Create an account https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do add your Case Number and see your Case History.
You should have something like this.

I mean, If you called USCIS, and they confirmed they upgraded you case to Intimidate Relative via E-Mail and physical Mail, you shouldn't;t have to send the certificate over.

They can check it online with your alien number or etc.. They should be able to expedite upgraded cases.. we already been waiting to long.

Well... so some people get approved in like two months after they upgraded to IR1, some still have to wait the 5 months, and some even longer...

Still nobody knows how in what order they even process the cases, its just a mess.

My case got upgraded from F2A to IR1 on June 17, confirmation received on June 23. Lets see how it goes..
