It's exactly the same as last time, only this time you send it by itself and not as a part of the AOS package.

Same address, same supporting documents, same photos, same form etc: only thing that will be different is the thing that made them reject the application in the first place.

It doesn't have to be an error on your part, could be a USCIS error too. They have a tendency to reject applications because of "wrong fee". If that's the case for you, all you need to do is file again and add a copy of the i-485 NOA1 hardcopy as proof of a pending greencard application. You can also print the instructions and highlight the part that clearly states that the i-131 doesn't have a fee if there's a pending i-485, just to make it extra clear to whoever receives your application.

Thank you so much,I will wait for the notice and see what is going on, thank you again!!

Wait with filing the i-131 again until you receive it back in your mailbox.

Most likely they rejected it, but wait until you get it back to be sure. If it was in fact rejected youwill want to read the rejection notice to not make the same mistake and have it rejected again. If the mistake was yours and not USCIS', that is.

I think you are right! So if I need send it again, where should I send to?Still the Chicago lockbox? Thank you!
